Since we missed one of our Lightning Bug classes while we were in San Francisco, last weekend Sadie and Harry and I went to a make up class called Art Studio.
The theme was snow and there were different activities set up so the kids could go around and explore what pleased them. We made it to all three stations - Sadie here is gluing snowballs onto a snowman.
Learning to love the paintbrush - white paint on a black paper makes a great snowy scene.
By far the most amount of time was spent at the play dough table where we made lots of "cookies" which Sadie decorated with lovely colored buttons.
The class ended with story time (a snowman book) and bubbles which enthralled all of the kids. Sadie was running around popping bubbles. So much fun to watch.
