Many of the sculptures invite interaction, like these balls. Sadie said "seat" and insisted on sitting on each and every one of them.

For the family day lots of tables were set up with various art activities and we gladly availed ourselves at the drawing tables.

After our fill of crafts we ventured into the museum. There was a fabulous kids area that went along with the current exhibitions allowing kids hands on activities related to the materials or artistic process. It was exceptionally well done and Sadie enjoyed pulling on various rubber pieces as well as sticking magnetic pieces onto the grid (a la Leonardo Drew).

We reveled in rocks and the view of the lake on the sunny roof terrace.

The last outdoor sculpture of the day - and Sadie bangs a rock on him...
