Week 39 checkup

I think my counting got messed up somewhere because we're technically in the 40th week, though we'll actually hit 40 weeks (and the due date) on Monday.

No big news from today's appointment. Gained a pound, but all else remains pretty much the same as last week - still 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. The baby "dropped" even further and we're now at 0-station.

So much for coming early.
