We had a most wonderful afternoon with Rainer, Terri and Ezra. It all started with jazz brunch at Johnny D's with five sated bellies.
Next we meandered to the playground on Holland Street which is just perfect (slides galore, swings, sand pits, water play (not on yet), a play house and more.
Rainer shows off his fancy landing. Miss Sadie even said "that was fun" after coming down the slides.
But of course the swings were the number one hit.

In tandem, Rainer (who Sadie kept calling Reindeer) demonstrates "laid back" while Sadie shows off "dead man's float" techniques.
Good times were had in the sand pits as well. Here Sadie has discovered a boat (which she made me drag into the sand from halfway across the park).
And the happy playgroup. Thanks, guys, for a great day!
