Our first hanukkah with Sadie was lovely - she liked the lights. On night one we lit four of our six menorahs, one for each of us and one for our virtual guest, Etan, via video chat.
The tiny menorah is Sadie's and was mine as a child. Fun to light with birthday candles. For the rest of the nights we scrapped the bulk of the menorahs and just used one.
Today we had a nice lazy day at home, a snow day if you will. Once the flurries stopped we did venture out to unearth the car. Here's Sadie in her first snow pile.
Once we cleared the way, she watched us from inside the car.
Checking Dad's work.
Tada!

Snow craziness! What fun. We'll be coming out to Boston on the 23rd to spend the holidays with my parents in Quincy! I hope the snow is manageable by then.
